How cool is that! No more running to another location or anything! Sit back watch the game and wait for the mail! I had known that they could find the items in other stores but I had no idea they’d send it right to you!

Sears does, too! Found out when my son wanted a particular type of sandals, but they didn’t have the colour he wanted – so he could try on the pair they had to make sure they fit, and the salesperson arranged right there on the computer to find out what store had the colour he wanted and size he needed, and they were mailed to us, no extra charges. Pretty cool.
^ I did that once with sears and spent 2 months trying to find out where in the heck it was sent because I never got it but I was charged for it haha! It was my one really bad Sears experience knock on wood.
This is something that more stores need to do. They need to realize that we have better things to do than run around to their stores trying to find what we’re looking for. They should be the ones kissing our ass, so that we are happy customers.
Its a great service!!!! Every employee will be happy to do it for you and it really is free. Its shipped thru Puro so it arrives fast and they always have tracking numbers so if you don’t recieve it, they can track it for you and see what happened:D
I am a big guy, and their sizing is so inconsistant, if I can’t try something on in the store I’d never buy it
I do a lot of shopping at Marks, but will only buy certain things -I agree that their sizing is very inconsistent. Also this Fast-ship is not very fast – the last time I ordered, they confirmed the item was available at another store, but when I didn’t receive it after 3 weekS I went back, and they said the item was not taken off the rack so was probably sold
You Have to pay for the item before they get it from another store, and when it comes in, then they callyou.
I just used the FastFind for the first time. I was shopping in Merritt last Saturday and saw the new rechargeable heated boots on sale, plus it was 20% off that day. Unfortunately they only had a size 8 left (which evidently sold right after I left)
Anyways, I was able to pay for some size 13 boots in Merritt, a matching set was found in Langford (on Vancouver Island) and they arrived today in Chilliwack. Can’t complain about a 4 day turnaround…
