McDonald's Canada is having its Customer Appreciation Day on Tuesday, February 17th, 2009. I'm not sure if this will be at all McDonald's stores across Canada so I'll probably make a second updated post once I have more details.
From 11am till Midnight on Tuesday, February 17th, 2009 buy one of the following:
- Big Mac Sandwich
- McChicken Sandwich
- McFish Sandwich
- Quarter Pounder Sandwich with cheese
- Extra Value meal
and get the second for 1 penny.

Apparently this is not for Canada. I called a number of McDonalds and they are not aware of it.

I also just phoned head office and they know of the email but "it did not originate from McDonalds headquarters".

We went to the McDonald here in Saskatoon and it was not customer Appreciation. However that being said they messed on my husband order and we got a second double 1/4 for free super sized fries and drink and two raspberry pies. So we got a better customer Appreciation then the deal they may or mayn't be offering to Canadians.
