There food is full of msg and transfat , very unhealthy. Most m&m food eaters are overweight, recommend staying far away !

Bub the chicken nuggets are fabulous too! we have them once in awhile. Most of the food at M&M is yummy! Plus a free box of meatballs when you spend $40! I love the meatballs and so much easier than making them from scratch! M&M is really handy for those nights when you get home late and need to make something quick and easy. Great and better alternative to take out.

my family loves the prawn trays for Christmas appy’s and also the appy boxes are great too…good time to stock up on the M&M specials..
PS: Dafossil, people who are overweight can be overweight for different reasons..lack of excersize, overindulging, bad eating habits, or even a thyroid problem can all lead to excessive weight…it’s not because of shopping at M&M meats, LOL..that’s a pretty wild accusation. What about McDonalds and other fast food places? Everything is okay in moderation!!

If you haven’t tried the appie box on the first page of the flyer, DO SO! It’s awesome, a great price, and there’s a LOT of food in there, and each item is really good — the potstickers, spring rolls, chicken and pork bites are really lean and tasty.
– and Dafossil is truly a fossil.… in thinking and perspective.

We have a housefull of people inculding many kids coming over the holidays.……M&M is my saving grace. Heading there this week.….and planning on bringing home a free box of meatballs along with my order Mmmmmmmm.
