Old Navy Canada has a sale running February 5–18 where all clothes for kids and baby are 30% off.

Also, on February 6th only, collectabilitees (that’s collectible tees in the Old Navy world) for kids and toddler are $7.

No, I think the $7 is the sale price for the tees. The 30% off is on everything else.
