Payless has their BOGO event on again until May 5, 2010. This gets you half off the second item when you buy two, this applies to shoes, handbags, accessories, everything in store.
Also if you text PAYLESS to 77777 you get a text message within a minute for a coupon for 20% off your entire purchase (you just show the text message to the sales associate). This can be used in conjunction with the BOGO promotion. The text message reads: “Thx 4 giving PAYLESS ur #! Show 33033 for 20% off instore thru 5/31. END2 or 877-661-6151 to opt-out. Msg&Data rates may apply. CN only.” Happy Shopping!
Thanks to smartblondie for sharing this deal with us!
i hate the rates, once i had to pay $5 for each text from empire theater. does anyone have the actual coupon? thx!
There is no actual coupon, it is the text message which you show to the sales associate 🙂 They give you 20% off because you signed up via text message.
Does anyone know what the rate would be??
1 billion dollars ^
ok, maybe subscribe and then cancel after you have used the coupon!:P
But make sure you cancel because I work for a telephone company and I see this all the time. They just want to get your number so they can send you these messages and charge you. I suggest if you do it, make sure you call right after and cancel it.
But isn’t incoming text messages unlimited/free?
I don’t have a plan for many text messages (125 outgoing) but my incoming is free.
Please keep in mind Payless may not charge any fee for incoming text message AT ALL, people are just speculating they will as other companies they have subscribed to in the past have. The only way to know for sure if they charge is to wait for your phone bill or contact Payless Corp. and ask them. Even if there is a fee of, let’s say a dollar, the savings you are getting most likely outweigh the cost of the fee substantially. If you are worried about a long term fee incurring from them texting you in the future (because you noticed a fee from the first text), you can cancel immediately after you receive your text coupon. Hope this helps!
You are right Natalia, Payless Shoesource does not charge its Customers and fee for sending text messages as Payless is not the phone company of the Customer. The Customer’s cellular phone copmany may charge its client a fee for sending text message to Payless.
ive used this multiple times works great only some assos will tell you about this…i cancel right after never had a charge but i think its based o your cellplan also remember if you are a caa member get an additional 10 percent off
