Terms and Conditions

By requesting by mail to receive a $5 or $10 Cara Dining Card you accept and adhere to the following terms and conditions:
1. Offer valid on participating Robax Platinum 18 and 40 count packs beginning on or about September 1, 2010 until December 30, 2011.
2. To receive a $5 or $10 Cara Dining Card, you must fill out the registration form and mail it along with the package UPC and the original purchase receipt in an envelope bearing sufficient postage to: Robax Cara Dining Card Offer, PO Box 70594, 2938 Dundas Street West, Toronto, Ontario, M6P 4E7.
3. All requests must be received by January 16, 2012.
4. The promoters will not be liable for any lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, illegible, incomplete or postage-due mail. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. You may wish to keep a copy for your records.
5. Upon receipt of your completed Registration Form, the $5 or $10 Cara Dining Card will be mailed to you by the promoter. Instructions will be included on how to redeem your Dining Card. Please allow one (1) week for verification and four (4) to six (6) weeks for delivery of the Cara Dining Card.
6. Offer valid in Canada only, to Canadian residents eighteen (18) years of age and over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their respective affiliates, advertising agencies or persons with whom they are domiciled.
7. The $5 or $10 Cara Dining Card can be redeemed at any participating Swiss Chalet®, Montana’s®, Kelsey’s®, Harvey’s® and Milestones Grill + Bar® Restaurants in Canada only. You must present the Cara Dining Card before ordering.
8. Lost, misplaced or stolen cards will not be replaced. Unused portions of the card will not be refunded or redeemed for cash.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all registration forms and disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process or for submitting a registration form or attempting to use a registration form which is not in accordance with these terms and conditions. Illegible, incomplete or improperly completed registration forms or submissions without proper proof of purchase will not be accepted and will be returned.
10. Dining Cards will not be mailed to P.O. Boxes. Check with your local post office for a street address.
11. All $5 or $10 Cara Dining Cards will expire 90 days from date of issue. For greater certainty, date of issue will mean the date the Cara Dining Card is placed in the mail by the promoter.
12. One (1) $5 or $10 Cara Dining Card per person per purchase per household and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
13. Only original registration forms and purchase receipts will be accepted, no copies will be honoured or acknowledged.
14. The Promoter, their respective agents and distributors have no liability for any personal loss, injury or illness at featured facilities and are not responsible for any disagreement concerning quality or availability of featured facilities.
15. The $5 or $10 Cara Dining Card cannot be redeemed in whole or part for cash.
16. Lost, stolen, damaged, misdirected or undeliverable $5 or $10 Cara Dining Cards will not be replaced in any of these events.
