Maximum purchase of $250 per order. Offer available online only – No extensions on dates of offer . Gift Cards will only be sold in denominations listed on shopping page. One Loyalty Card will be issued per order. Gift cards will be processed and mailed out to guests within 48 hours of placing their orders. Allow 4-5 business days to receive gift card in mail. Guests who already have a loyalty card will enter card number when placing order. Gift Card does not expire and can be used anywhere in North America. Loyalty Points are valid from January 2 – April 2, 2016. Loyalty Points do not cover tax and gratuity. Loyalty Points can not be used for Take Out Orders. Loyalty points can only be redeemed in Toronto and Mississauga locations. Offer available to Ontario residents only. One loyalty card per check please (main dining, prime bar, private dining). Please note we allow a maximum of 8 separate checks per table. Guest must have loyalty card on hand when dining to redeem points – no exceptions. Reservations are required for dining and will be based on table availability

Current Loyalty Card Members will enter their existing card number when making gift card purchase. Loyalty points will be loaded remotely on January 2nd, 2016. Regular gift card will be mailed to them.

Non-Members will have a new Loyalty Card mailed to them with the Gift Card purchase. Loyalty points will be loaded remotely on January 2nd, 2016.
