I keep adding to my cart and it says I have errors with my order???
It asks me to add the catologue number?
Anyone know what I’m doing wrong?
Some items just would not go through on the code, yes I was on the outlet, they weren’t listed as exclusions, but no matter what I tried, they wouldn’t.
Anyway, found a few things to get!
Just used the 30% off and it worked. Had to go through the whole order process for it to show up though. And some items appear available, but then you go to add them to cart and it goes to this “order from the catalogue” page, which seems to mean the item is unavailable. Got some good stuff I was eyeing!! Glad I waited!

Keep trying folks. It took me almost an hour or resaving my cart and re adding items and deleting before it finally applied the code to all items. If it doesnt apply it to a specific item remove it and readd it to your cart then go through the checkout process again. Keep trying it eventually works:)
Does the 30% discount work on items that are already on sale?

The discount code did not work for me althought I was shopping only in the outlet. I had to call 2 different numbers. Supposedly a “glitch” in the system. Its up to me to remember to call back once I pick up my order for a price adjustment. What a pain. I wish The Bay had online shopping…
