Why is the outlet pretty much empty all the time now?

When I ordered stuff the last time — I checked out with everything and over the last two weeks my stuff is “not in stock” anymore. I got two out of ten items…What the heck?

They say the code doesn’t apply to my order. Are there certain items that won’t work? Hate sears.ca for this reason! Also they seem to up the prices quite often. I had pillows in my virtual cart to buy one day the next day they were 4 times more expensive!! Whats up with that? Very fusturating!

Should have read the fine print. Just did and this is a very limited offer. Oh well should have known it was too good of a deal to be true :0(

The price may sometimes go up when in your cart so I click on the item in my cart, go back and reorder it again with the lower price. Be sure to delete the first one with the higher price. It happens all the time to me too if I keep stuff in a cart to wait for the discount.
If you go in through the click here button on the promo it works better than just putting th enumber in by yourself.

I placed an order online for 2 pairs of shoes from the outlet. Entered the 40% off code and it said successfully added but price did not reflect the discount. Then I called in to Sears to have them place the order. After 10 minutes of the customer service operator trying to get the discount applied he finally told me to try in a few hours. He does not know why the code does not change the price.
If this company goes the way of Zellers I will not be surprised.

I just placed an order and everything went smoothly for me. I found the checkout quite easy and it applied the discount for 30% no problem. Great prices to begin with and then with 30% on top of that it was a real steal!
For $70 including tax and shipping, I got the following for great deals:
I had one item that changed to unavailable at the checkout, but perhaps these are limited stock items and by the time I got to the checkout someone else had already purchased it or the system updated that it was no longer available. At any rate, I’m going to see what the quality of the items are like when they arrive and I checked and if I don’t like them I have 10 days to exchange them.

Sears bill arrived three days ago and the 40% discount was NOT applied. When I picked the order up the counter clerk called Sears and was assured the discount would be on the bill. Called Sears again and the clerk said she will submit it to be done manually. I’m supposed to get an email to confirm the discount. Nothing yet. She also said if that doesn’t work then I am dealing with Chase Financial directly. Real close to cancelling the Sears card. Impossible to deal with.
