Forum member The__Rock has let us know that March 2-4 will be 18,500 bonus Optimum points when you spend $75 on almost anything in-store. I will confirm this once we get a flyer.
After a frugal February and January, I do need to stock up on some things so may do this promo if the flyer is decent, what about you? Hopefully they have some $50 promos soon, I prefer them over 75 promos.

I actually prefer the $75 for 18,500 point promo – more points. If you spend $75 during a 20x the points event, you only get 15,000 points. The key is to not spend any more than $75.00 before tax, or else you will be losing value.
I agree with mags about the points, however it always seems that for me, the 20X wus $50 events always have a flyer that I can end up spending $75 but during the wus $75 events it’s hard for me to spend that much based on the flyer so I end up skipping them.
If I can’t find enough that I need by myself during a points event, I go in with a friend, and we split the amount needed to spend, and then the points amount. That way, I may only spend $25.00 before tax on a 20x event, but I still end up getting 5000 points, and it’s so easy to transfer points on the SDM website.

FallenPixels- really?? I thought you were allowed to transfer points?? I only ever shop on points events with my mom if I don’t have enough so we never actually end up splitting them ( I just get to keep them 🙂 Sometimes I shop with her on seniors days if I need something so she gets those points!) but I always thought you could transfer them?
You are allowed and can transfer, unless they suddenly decide that you have had too many transfers and your account is suspicious
A few SCers had their accounts shut down over it, they said they were selling the points but never gave them the opportunity to show it was a friend/family member
