I’m ordering a pair of shoes now to take advantage of the 30% off friends and family discount. I also signed up for club soft moc. You cannot combine the 15% off and 30% off offers together. I spoke with a supervisor on their chat function and he/she said that you cannot combine the offers. the 15% off for joining club soft moc also ends today.
45% off would have been nicer, but 30% off is still good.
I can order shoes with the 30% and then enter the code for 15% off and it shows up on the last page of the order form where you enter your creditcard info.

I just checked again and the email says that the 30% off family and friends discount cannot be combined with any other offer.
What you may have been looking at are shoes that were already marked down by 30%. In that case, the family and friends discount would only be 10%.
