Price Chopper has Tostitos for $2.47 and A&P has Pepsi for $0.99. Walmart will match both of their prices, so if you shop at Wallmart your total before tax is about $13.50. The promotion apears to be good from any retailer…..you just have to send in your receipt and the rebate form. That means, after the rebate it only cost you about $3.50!
