Here’s what Pocahontas said regarding the current promo at the Bay:

I just got a coupon from the Clinique counter at the Bay for 25,000 HBC Points  Bonus with $75 purchase at the Bay.  I think it expires Sept. 30th.

Of course, the Clinique bonus is on at the Bay right now with a $26.50 purchase, until about Sept. 28th or 29th.
