General Mills Canada has a new promotion, and you will get free snacks when you purchase select products. By two participating General Mills cereal products, or two participating Old El Paso products, or three participating Annie’s products in one transaction on a single receipt. You can then upload your receipt through the link below to receive two free coupons for General Mills snacks.

You must upload your receipt by September the 30th, and there is a maximum of 75,000 redemptions for this promotion. All redemptions over the limit of 75,000 will receive one free product coupon. There is a maximum of five redemptions per person or per household. Allow 6-8 weeks for the delivery of your free coupons which will be valid on any Nature Valley product up to 230g, any Gushers product, or any Motts Fruitsations product. Coupons are valid until December 31, 2025.
