General Mills Canada has a new promotion for a free Team Canada toque with the purchase of one participating General Mills cereal. After you have made your purchase you can upload your receipt through the link below by March the 31st, 2026. There are a maximum of 75,000 toques available for the promotion, and there is a maximum of five redemptions per person or per household. Your free toque will be delivered by mail within 4-6 weeks of your receipt verification. Here is the list of participating cereals:

- Honey Nut Cheerios 725g
- Multi-Grain Cheerios 585g
- Lucky Charms 526g
- Cinnamon Toast Crunch 591g
- Oatmeal Crisp Almond 628g
You are able to purchase more than one box of cereal on each receipt, but you will need to submit the receipt once for every box of cereal purchased, and you will need to wait 24 hours in between each upload.
