I’d be embarassed to wear their clothes…
agreed. i think we could all think twice before buying anything from this company, free shipping or not.
If “clothes make the man”, wearing clothing from Abercrombie And Fitch (and the sister store Hollister) makes you shallow, cruel, judgmental, sexist AND despicable.
Here’s a link to the original article which reveals the disgusting attitude of A&F CEO Mike Jeffries and his company:
http://www.salon.com/2006/01/24/jeffries/
I can’t believe you would post this garbage on here! If I owned any of their clothing I would burn it!
Posting an offer like this makes me think that you must support A&F’s CEO bigoted perspectives. Well I can certainly tell you I won’t be supporting you anymore.
You should be a little more conciencious of your users feelings. I’m not one the “skinny cool kids” but with an attitude like that, who would want to be!
gross. This store is despicable. F*CK U A&F !! Skinny cool kids eventually become fat pill popping miserable adults.
I apologize to anyone who was offended by this post. Although I had personally read about A&F CEO’s discriminatory and tasteless comments, the editor of this article, “Face” had not. He had no ill-intentions by posting this, he was simply posting about what he thought was a good offer.
I’m sorry if you found this post offensive!
I personally wasn’t offended by this post as I don’t think “Face” or Smartcanucks share any of A&F’s discriminatory views.
Instead, whenever the topic of A&F or Hollister comes up I think it’s a good opportunity to make people aware of what kind of company this is. As consumers, we ultimately have the power so it’s important for us to educate ourselves and those around us about what/who we support with our hard earned money.
