In the same boat. This company never sends requested samples out to me. I won’t bother with this one.
I requested and received a sample of their saline solution with the squeezy bottle (sorry, the product name escapes me).
The questionnaire is a bit daft if you haven’t tried the product; there’s a built-in assumption that you have. Had to fib a bit.
The survey doesn’t make sense to me … asks how I liked the product, and I haven’t even tried it. Also asks too many questions about family physician!!!
i also had to fudge the survey however i did state that on their comment section. after reading everyones comments i guess this company is not that reliable. lets hope they come through with this one.
