The Canadian Wilflife Federation is offering a 2011 calendar for free. All you have to do is click here to sign up. You do have the option to donate, but you don’t have to. The pictures are generally absolutely adorable in these calendars.
Thanks Sarahlilly for using the suggest a deal feature to let us know.
what a sweet picture … thanks for letting us know 🙂
I really hope people don’t take advantage of this!!!!!
It would be great if you atleast donated $1.
geeze that picture is way too adorable!
I’m in as long as there are no pics of animal cruelty! I can’t take those images.
The also have christmas cards too!
Thx, ordered!
No Stephania only people like PetA would ruin a calendar with that stuff.
The Canadian Wildlife Federation is a great organization but what a sad picture! Once a human touches a fawn the mom will reject it. It will die on its own or doomed to be raised by humans.
I realize what the picture is trying to say but they should of used a different animal.
Maybe its mom already died. Who knows?
See, I took the picture as being a fawn who is now being protected because it is alone… that’s what the agency is all about.
Jsr – Old wives tale. “Parents will not abandon birds, chicks, fawns, and other wildlife handled by humans.”
Onshopper – I agree. I think this image is about the protection the agency offers to animal in need. Basically, a sense that we are all fragile.
that photo is A-DOR-A-BLE!!!
I don’t think the picture on the blog is from the calendar. I would love it if it was though! I’m going to have to go bug my cat now because it makes me want to hug something furry!
Lisa- funny that you said that, as soon as I saw this picture I went straight to my dog to hug him!
It’s such a sweet picture, I too hope that people don’t take advantage of this freebie, I felt guilty so I donated $10.
Never arrived.
