Seeing as white is the trending colour for spring 2015, I thought to shop within the dress department for inspiration of this delicate shade. I was able to find two great options that, if you’re able to pick them up before noon PT today, then with the 40% discount they will both come in at under $50.

The first dress from Gap that would be great for picking up on the delicate white trend this season would be this Eyelet shift dress. The simplicity of the unstructured dress mixed with the intricacy of the eyeleting details makes this dress the perfect dress for wearing either during the day with a casual jean jacket, or by itself for a simple, night out look. Friends and Family events seem to be sweeping across all of the retailers over these past few weeks, and Naturalizer Canada is not going to be the only one left out of the action. To pay homage to Canada’s Transcontinental Railway, the Royal Canadian Mint has  released a limited edition coin series called the Canadian Home Front which will feature stunning images of the home front of Canada’s railroad during the Second World War. This first coin in the series features a detailed design of a 4-6-2 “Pacific” steam locomotive, which would’ve been used to transport troops across Canada to the training ground in Quebec.

The 1 oz. Walmart Canada’s clearance section is one of my favourite places to go searching for deals, specifically on toys as they are constantly reducing the prices on popular brand names to make them more affordable for all families. There’s nothing more heart warming then seeing the joy spread across a child’s face as they open the box on a new toy, and Walmart certainly makes this event a much more affordable occasion with their rollback and clearance deals.

This Mega Bloks – First Builders – Build n’ Learn Table is currently on sale at Walmart.ca for just $20, though it is normally sold on Walmart for $25. This may not seem like a significant markdown from Walmart’s original price of $25, but when you consider that other sites, like Amazon.ca and Toys R Us, are still selling this build n’ learn table for close to $35 the reduced price of $20 proves to be quite a deal.
