I truly believe that freshly painted exterior (and interior!) doors and trim make a huge impact on the overall appearance of your property.  When I walk up to a front door, one of the first things I notice is flaky paint.  Although the home may be beautiful, it looks rundown when wood is not properly treated or painted.  I suggest you purchase this now and if the weather allows, start painting your doors and trim.  If not, wait until the spring.
