Toms Canada is, in my opinion, a great brand doing even greater things, but when retailers offer high-quality footwear – like the classic Toms slip-ons – they often times also attach a lofty price tag on said product. There is of course an exception to this rule, and that is end of season sales like the one currently going on at Toms where select styles have been marked down by up to 45% off the original price.

WestJet Canada is offering a spur of the moment seat sale for the next 24-hours, or rather until January 22nd, at 11:59pm MT. You will have the option to fly within Canada and the U.S. on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Saturday to claim your savings, or if you’re flying to Mexico/Caribbean you will have the flexibility to choose any day to fly on.

Your fly dates must also be booked with WestJet between April 8th and June 24th, 2015 with the only blackout dates being from May 14th-May 19th; which makes sense this is Victoria Day weekend. Apart from those restrictions, you can fly at any time of day that you wish, which is a nice break since they often limit you from flying on afternoon flights or flights that leave at hours other than the crack of dawn.

Using Google Flight Tracker, every travellers best-friend, I was able to compare fares between other airlines and see that the WestJet’s seat sale is over $100 cheaper than the closest airline for the trip I planned. For a roundtrip ticket to Bermuda from Toronto, I was able to get it for just $333 through WestJet, while on Air Canada the same trip would be $444 and the trip would 3 minutes longer than WestJet!
