I had a bad experience with Chapters Indigo on-line. I tried to cancel the order and was sent a “Your request was made successfully!” which I assumed meant that the order had been cancelled. It was not. Their customer service rep told me that this just meant that the request was successful, not the cancellation. I won’t deal with them again. (Much, much better customer service at a major competitor.) You have to cancel within 30 minutes of placing your order.
