I remember seeing this game at Costco downtown Vancouver location on sale for $9.97. I’m not sure if it was the deluxe version but I’m pretty sure it was the Twilight’s boxed game, if my visual memory serves me correctly.

I’ve seen it at various Pharmaplus locations and all in the clearance kid’s toy/board game section.
