You can opt to shop the sale in-store, or buy online at Cole Haan where the shipping and handling is a minimum fee of $5, or free if you spend over $175.
The prices tend to be relatively steep at Cole Haan, but I’d suggest checking out the sale section, where the 30% sale can also be applied. Using US post to have it delivered will definitely add additional charges, including duty. Not sure what “Canada” is the title.
