DELL Canada is selling its Vostro 200 for $399. According to the website this is the regular price, but at that price and with these specifications that’s one spectacular deal. It comes with an Intel Core 2 Duo Processor not just a celeron.
You can also order it with either Windows Vista Home Basic or Windows XP Home. It’s a tough decision and I’ll leave it up to you to decide which is more suitable for you.

It might be a mistake though, It happened to me once, Dell has this Precision notebook series in their small business section, witch are the highest end notebooks you can get, they are so expensive too. It always said starting from $2500 and than when you customized it it went up to $3500. But my luck, Since I was looking for a laptop and checked everyday, Once I noticed the price was saying starting from $1000 !!! So I ordered one right away after i configured it, after a few minutes, the prices went back up. So IO got $1500 off! And yes, I did get the laptop! lucky me 🙂
