If you don’t grow your own berries there are still ways to get great deals on this type of fruit when you combine sales and coupons! This upcoming week at Food Basics Ontario, strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries are sale for 3/$5, a fantastic price to begin with. If you are able to print $1 Driscoll’s coupons, and that is what is in stock at Food Basics, or anywhere you can price match this flyer, you will pay just .67 for each package of berries.
I have mentioned the Driscoll’s panel several times before, but if you have not yet signed up and are throwing away empty Driscoll’s containers without taking a survey using the code on the package, I urge you once again to register. Each package has a code that you can use to take a quality survey, and each survey that you do gets you a coupon by email. After you have completed the required number of surveys your coupon value increases to $1! Use those coupons to get more berries and more coupons, and more berries and more coupons, and you will have cheap berries all summer!
If you are able to price match at Superstore or No Frills I would do so, as you may start to see PC Plus offers for berries after your purchase. Combined with your coupons and price matching, the addition of PC Plus points could mean free berries.

I have been filling out the Driscoll surveys for about 4 years now. I started out while living in the US and there were many times we were eating berries for free all week long. In Canada, not as much however paying less than a dollar, after $1 coupon, is still a pretty good deal! The survey is not too painful to complete, less than 1 min. I even got 2 other friends on board with the survey.
