   “FINAL SALES: All sales of Gift cards, e-gift certificates, cosmetics, jewelry and items marked as Sale are final. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.”

   Wording is a bit confusing… is “Sale” and “Final Sale” different?

     Hi Sampler,
     From my experience ordering from Forever 21, what it means is that any items from the “sale” section that you are buying are now “final sale”. So you cannot return/ exchange any of the sale items. Hope that helps.
