Our FREE Toque promotion has been incredibly popular, with all our toques spoken for in a very short amount of time. A production delay with respect to one of the toque styles caused a backlog in shipping (resulting in some toques shipping out later than the 10 weeks specified), but it’s been rectified and all our toques are steadily shipping out as quickly as we can get them in the mail. We’re doing our very best to get them into consumers’ hands as fast as possible! Hope this helps!

    I ordered one when I got my lucky charms… it said thnk u for ordering your toque .. keep an eye out fpr it in about 6-8 weeks.. its been atleast 3 months now.. this is pure bs… I bought the cereal to get the hat and nothing is happening. .. I ordered the cinamon guys… give me my hat!

    hmmm, very interesting response, the lady at customer service says they have no record of any of my 4 separate orders! none of my info is on their radar, not my name, address, email address and she says nothing is wrong with their system! i am not some crazy lady looking for free toques, this is so disappointing! adeline maxwell aka as a very unhappy consumer right now!

    Hi, just wondering if we are ever going to get our free toques? It definately has been more than 8-10 weeks!! My kids are the ones waiting, and every once in a while they ask when they’re going come in the mail. If you put this stuff on your cereal boxes you need to come good for it!!!!!!!!!!!

    I was wondering where my toque was too – and found this posting this morning and saw that others didn’t have theirs. The really spooky thing is that it arrived today in the mail after about 12 weeks. I ordered mine on October 28 so take heart – yours may still be on the way. 🙂

    I ordered 2 toques several months ago and still have not received them. We live in Eastern Canada and the winter has been wicked cold this year. It sure would be nice to receive them. What has happened with this order? I notice that nobody seems to be receiving the toques. I think an explanation should be in order. After all … we are eating your product and keeping you in business. It’s time you did something for your customers … let us know what is happening with your promotional offer. Please!!

    received mine on Friday after about 8 weeks–the hockey player side was great but the Canadian Maple Leaf side was bad–not completed the colouring process–but I will only wear the one side anyway

    I ordered mine in October, I ordered 4 toques one for each of my boys last month 1arrived and I’ve been checking the mailbox ever since and the other three have not arrived so I just called General Mills and left a message on their voicemail and hopefully The other toques are coming!

    Hmmmm, apparently I am mirroring many of the previous comments!! I did not receive my hats either!! We only eat Honey Nut Cheerios in our house and I ordered hats for my boys when the promotion first became available on the cereal boxes months ago!

    I received my free Toque. One side is fine but the Maple Leaf is terrible.
    Even if you only wear one side the bottom of the leaf shows at the back..
    Would not even put it in the Good Will box. Very disappointed.
