I purchased a gallon of BEHR PREMIUM DECKOVER to try it. It seemed fine so purchased 10 gallons more. The product bubbled while drying so I stopped application. I now have 8 gallons of and Home Depot conveniently lost my rebate. Anyone want to purchase some paint?
