I can see the rolling folding shopping tote being used by bus riders who may have a short sidewalk walk from a bus stop after a quick stockup but the wheels would not work in snow or for very heavy loads. I think of the tote as a backpack with small wheels for the “I forgot the rice, chips, milk, cereal, salad stuff” runs.
However, I still am looking for a sturdier wheeled cart with rubber tires, not plastic ones. My KSP wheeled cart is still going 3 yrs in, but one tire seems at risk of not cooperating soon.
