Your Sears coupon can be used on any $25 purchase between October 17th and November 13th but does have a list of exclusions on the back of the card including clearance items ending in .97, Penningtons, Carters OshKosh, cosmetics/prestige fragrances, and specialty services.  The coupon includes a barcode for store use and promo code to use online.
