Metro has changed up this flash sale a little this week and it is valid from 9am until 9pm instead of just a few hours in the evening when many of us are busy.

Today’s offer is buy one get one free on any in-store bakery hot dog buns or hamburger buns in packages of 6 or 8.  It excludes cheese buns and the free package has a maximum value of $2.69.
