There are more coupons than usual for Metro’s Ontario customers including the $1 valid on Selection sandwich bags that was popular with Quebec members.  Here is the list of coupons valid this week:

•   Save $1.50 when you buy  Black Diamond cheese spread
•   Save $2 when you buy  IronChef America frozen meals
•   Save $0.50 when you buy  Irresistibles ice cream and novelties

These coupons expire on August 28th.  In addition there are four coupons that expire on September 25th but they may not be available to print next week so if you want them, print them now:
