In the past, the 20% off everything…. is usually only offered for store openings and only at the new location.

I made a purchase yesterday and received the 20% coupon for next weeks purchase. The purchase was made at the Newmarket store…not sure if it’s for all stores. Newmarket location is not a new store.
at the coquitlam center location on may 31st i recieved 20% off my whole purchase as well as the most expensive item at 50% off. it was a good day.
Went to Michaels today, without a coupon or a flyer. In the past, if you forgot your coupons, you would advise the cashier and they would have you sign a form and they would apply the discount. Apparently, this practice has stopped. Further, there was no flyer this week?
re Michaels Stores, during the summer they have bi-weekly flyers and sometimes with coupons good for a two week period. As I suspected, the 20% of entire order (excluding sale items) is only honoured if you purchased something earlier in the week and you have the ‘coupon’ on your bill. Otherwise you are SOL.
Keep an eye out for new stores opening; when they do, during the period leading up to their Grand Opening, they have 20% off coupons at the checkout good for your ENTIRE order, including sale items, for their Grand Opening day. I saved ALOT of $$$ that day. yay!
