You’ll need to pay WIND a measly $10 to get it unlocked although in some cases they may unlock it for free. You can alternatively get it for $129-$0 on certain contracts with Wind-Tab. This is a good price. The cheapest price for this phone on Amazon.ca is $280 which makes the WIND Mobile deal still better.
