The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) is warning the public not to consume and retailers, distributors, manufacturers, and food service establishments such as hotels, restaurants, cafeterias, hospitals, and nursing homes not to serve, use, or sell the products described below.
Prima Wawona, located in Fresno, California, has recalled fresh peaches with various brand names due to possible Salmonella contamination. Various importers in Canada are conducting a recall of the affected products.
Peaches with the same PLU numbers and that are Product of Canada are not affected.

What you should do
If you think you became sick from consuming a recalled product, call your doctor.
Check to see if you have the recalled products in your home or establishment. Recalled products should be thrown out or returned to the location where they were purchased. If you are unsure of the source of the peaches, check with your place of purchase.
Food contaminated with Salmonella may not look or smell spoiled but can still make you sick. Young children, pregnant women, the elderly and people with weakened immune systems may contract serious and sometimes deadly infections. Healthy people may experience short-term symptoms such as fever, headache, vomiting, nausea, abdominal cramps and diarrhea. Long-term complications may include severe arthritis.

Armstrong Canada has a brand-new high value printable coupon available for their natural cheese slices. Save $2 on Armstrong cheese slices with the coupon found through the link below.
The coupon is valid on the 220g and 240g size packages of cheese slices, and it has a very long expiry date of December the 31st 2021. You’ll want to print this one because I’m sure there will be an amazing deal on them at some point before the coupon expires.
Although I’m not sure what the regular retail price of the Armstrong cheese slices is, there is a regular tear pad coupon out there for 75 cents off, so $2 is a much nicer amount!

This week No Frills Ontario has D’Italiano buns on sale for the great price of $1.88, which is a great price even with no coupon, but you may have already printed a coupon earlier this year that was a buy one get one free coupon. This coupon does expire at the end of the month and is no longer available, but if you still have it be sure to use it up before it expires and get the buns for just 94 cents each.
Some of you are likely already aware of this but here is a tip for those who aren’t. Dollar Tree often has all kinds of bread products in stock, and I believe they just upped the price to $1.50 recently. They are not short dated when they arrive there, and you can quite often get Wonder Bread or Tortillas, D’Italiano Buns, and much, much, more. I have a Dollar Tree right beside my No Frills so I often stock up on bread for the freezer.
