Budget Option: While this is not the most amazing tablet, with 1GB RAM and 16GB to save your apps, pictures and more, the RCA 7” tablet for just $49.94 at Walmart is a great deal and will stand up to regular everyday use.  Loblaws also has a ProScan tablet for $59.97, it has less space but a 9″ screen if you want to use it for watching videos.  Personally, I would go with the Walmart deal unless you really care about screen size.

Samsung Tab3 Lite: The most advertised model during the Black Friday deals  Your best deal is Real Canadian Superstore where you will pay a couple of dollars more on the base price, but save the tax and get a $10 gift card to use towards other purchases.

Least out of pocket: Spend some of those hard earned Optimum points and choose between several tablets during Saturday’s bonus redemption including Acer’s Iconia 7 for just $79.99 during the one day electronics sale on Saturday.
