Last week, I posted about Amazon Canada’s promotion on Emmy nominated TV shows. This week, they’re having great deals on a variety of well known movies for as low as $5. This is a great time to purchase some new flicks to watch as summer slowly comes to an end and fall quickly arrives. Shipping is free if you spend at least $25 so you might want to grab a few to fill up your shopping cart.

Movies include:

• Get the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallow DVD originally $24.95 on sale for $5
• Get Ice Age: Continental Drift originally $21.98 on sale for $5
• Get Diango Unchained in Blu-Ray originally $31.99 on sale for $10
• Get Fargo in Blu-Ray originally $21.99 on sale for $9.97
• Get The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship in Blu-Ray originally $29.99 on sale for $8
• Get the Expendables 2 in Blu-Ray originally $27.99 on sale for $9.96
• Get Dumb & Dumber Unrated in Blu-Ray originally $14.98 on sale for $4.97
• Get Batman: Under the Red Hood in Blu-Ray originally $27.99 on sale for $9.96
• Get the 2013 Wizard of Oz in Blu-Ray originally $28.39 on sale for $19

Amazon notes that the movie sale is only available during the month of August or while supplies last. As always, shipping will be free on a $25 order so you might want to stock up on a few movies in order to skip the annoying shipping fee.

Nothing feels worse than dropping your smartphone and hearing a nice, big cracking sound… Check out The Source Canada’s deal of the day where you can get the Roots Tuff Skin 2 Protective Case with exo-guard for iPhone 5 & iPhone 5s originally $24.99 on sale for $14.99. This deal is only available until tonight at 11:59pm. The case also comes with a screen protector, which is amazing considering the last screen protector I bought came in a pack of 2 and cost me $17. Many of you probably think a case is pointless if you’re very careful with your smartphone. However, accidents happen and it really is better to be safe than sorry.

Features:

• Dual-layer protection against drops and shocks
• Impact-resistant silicone with EXO-guard layer
• Screen protector included

Offer expires tonight at 11:59pm or while quantities last. The Source has a free 1 hour in store pickup shipping option or a $4.99 standard shipping fee. If you’re going to pay the fee, you may want to make it worth your while and add a few more items to the shopping cart
