There is a wonderful offer for the first 100,000 American Express Cardmembers to register an eligible American Express Card AND spend $20 or more at a participating Tim Hortons in Canada or online at TimHortons.com. You must do this between October 10th and November 10th, 2013. Use your registered American Express Card at  Tim Hortons and earn a $10 statement credit from American Express.

To be eligible, the purchases have to be made at a participating Tim Hortons restaurant or online at TimHortons.com during the offer period. You must charge these purchased to a registered American Express Card. These purchases can include a single purchase of $20 or multiple purchases during the offer period (that total at least $20). It seems to me that gift card purchases qualify for this offer as well.
