A few things to remember… the senior’s discount (20%) is good only on regular priced merchandise, not sale stuff. The coupon bonus available to a senior is probably one of those SDM coupons that has a relatively short expiry date, so pay attention to that if you get one. Also, those SDM coupons act as a coupon on your next purchase and may not count towards a minimum spend if you were using it in a bonus points event down the road. I think there was at least one person that used one of these SDM coupons during the “Tell a Friend” event and it screwed things up because it didn’t actually count towards the minimum spend because it was a “coupon”.

If you happen to have $100 or more of shopping to do, it might make sense to split it into two $50 transactions to see if you can get this deal (7000 points for $50 spend) twice. Note: “Maximum 7,000 points per offer regardless of total dollar value of transaction.” This all can still be a good deal, just be aware of some stuff!
