Rogers reduced their Pay As You Go Evenings & Weekends Plan rates from 5 cents per minute to 1 cent per minute. So for the minimum $20 per month you can talk up to 2,000 minutes. On evenings & weekends you’ll pay 1¢/minute. Evening starts at 8pm (not 6pm anymore).

Hopefully Telus, Fido and others will follow suit soon and reduce their rates.
