Just note that this free ticket is most likely for being at the red carpet and not for going inside the hummingbird centre. Not very sure about this. You’re better off phoning and asking.

The stars will be out to shine once again this year as Canada’s Walk of Fame honours eight new inductees who have made their mark in sports and entertainment industries in Canada and abroad.

The ceremony will be taped Saturday June 3, 2006 at Toronto’s Hummingbird Centre.

This year’s inductees are: world-renowned actress/model Pamela Anderson; Juno award-winning singer/song-writer Jann Arden; Olympic medal-winning skiers The Crazy Canucks (Steve Podborski, Ken Read, Dave Irwin and Dave Murray); actor Brendan Fraser; Juno, Grammy and Emmy winning musician Robert Goulet; actor/comedian Eugene Levy; musical entertainer Paul Shaffer; and game-show host Alex Trebek.
