If you have an Amazon account you can get a $5 survey when you complete a brief survey for Pampers. The survey is very short and only a few questions, and you can complete it by clicking the link below.
Once you’ve finished the survey you will need to allow access to your Amazon account. When you sign in it will likely tell you to sign in through the app, or to use a computer. I found that it wouldn’t work for me at all unless I did the survey on a computer. If you can’t get it to work for you then you may have to do the same.
