Kruger Canada has a new promotion, and you can get a free toque with the purchase of participating products. You will need to purchase one Kruger Big Assist specially marked pack from the following brands: Cashmere, Bonterra, Scotties, Sponge Towels, and Purex. It has recently been announced that Canadian fashion brands Cleo and Ricki’s will be closing their stores. The parent company made this decision after filing for creditor protection, and has also decided to restructure Bootlegger, another clothing brand owned by the company. Conmark Holdings intends to fully liquidate all Ricki’s and Cleo stores, and select Bootlegger locations.

Stores will stay open during the process of liquidation, and there are 221 stores across the country. As of January the 17th, Cleo, Ricki’s, and Bootlegger will no longer accept returns or gift cards, and loyalty points cannot be redeemed or earned.

Frank and Oak is another retailer that has filed for creditor protection. There are 15 locations in Quebec, Ontario, Nova Scotia, and British Columbia. It is possible that the business will restructure, but they are currently seeking relief from a $71 million dollar debt.
