If your roots store doesn’t have the item you want, I think it had to be over $20? Don’t quote me, they can order it for you if they can find it at another store and it gets shipped to your house for free.
I’ve done this a few times and it’s awesome, it usually shows up the next day … So much faster than ordering online and gets rid of shipping costs.
Where is the rock candy on their web site..???
I to tried to order this jar of rock candy – was not able to place my order – kept coming up ERROR. I then called the 1 800 number and was told that this item is NOT available in Canada. What is this all about? This is not a way to promote a sale with false advertising. Thanks

They have them in-store. I cant believe you’d get so upset over candy. Bubs has better things to do then false advertise candy.
