Beware of Kenmore products, quality is no longer there and they offer poor warranty service- basically you bought it, not our problem. Bought a washer two years ago, clothes come out unwashed- they’ve sent technicians twice to look and they just say, “It’s working the way it was designed to work”.
You are so right, Dave. We bought the extra warranty, thinking that we could trust Sears to back up their product. Indeed, the technicians always say, “It’s working properly.” Trouble is, it isn’t.
