I recently made a purchase at sears.ca through the Smart Canucks cash back system, used a code that what published here at SC, and also used a $100 sears gift card all in the same purchase. And had absolutely no problems.
I received my purchase in less than a week, received my discount, and Smart Canucks applied my cash back in about a week and a half.
Just thought I would post a note for others to not hesitate to use these tools as they do work, and they do save you money.
