I ordered a king mattress from this sale and it ended up being a boxspring. Sears had a glitch in their system that changed the codes or something so even though my confirmation showed a mattress, Sears is not honoring the original price of the mattress. They are giving me a $100 gift card for my inconvenience.
I ordered a double plush mattress and I ended up with a queen foundation! I’m absolutely sure that I chose ‘double’ and ‘plush’, but I end up with an e-mail confirmation that I ordered a queen foundation. I had to return it.
I ordered a king firm size and i do have print screen of every step.
