This offer is valid tomorrow only, until stores close at 11:59 pm PST. To receive the 20% off your total purchase of regular priced items, you will have to scan the bar code that is pictured above. The usual exclusions still apply with this offer so obviously items like gift cards and lottery will not be 20% off. However, if you do need to purchase any items that rarely go on sale or are not tremendously overpriced at regular price, then this could be a good offer for you to use. Also, if there are regular priced items that have bonus Optimum points attached this week, the 20% off could make them a good deal, and moreso if you happent to have coupons.
