To get the offer you can scan the barcode from the image, in addition to your PC Optimum card. This is an offer that anyone is able to use, whether you not you personally received the text.

There are typically several variations of text offers sent out, so you may find a different offer floating around that you would prefer to use. Whichever offer you choose, you are able to use coupons to lower the amount you will spend out of pocket. It sometimes happens that the points from these offers are awarded at a later date, so if you don’t immediately receive the points you can hand on to your receipt in case you need to contact customer service.
